If you think Ron Paul has a chance to win the 2008 elections, then by Nov. 2008 he will need over 60 million votes (number of votes for Bush in last election). So he better start getting at least 1 million people now and those people better show it soon. Hence the publicity and the power of collecting $100 million.
I would like help spreading this around; please help me do that and feel free to put it on different websites, posters, and the like.

I pledged (under my individual address), I donated, I placed on my Facebook profile, I shared with 3 others. Anyone else who's receptive to this message I'll send this way as well.
Ladies and gentlemen: Just do a little bit, and ask them to do the same. If that happens, sooner or later this thing will go exponential.
For freedom's sake, put off purchasing that iPod Nano!
Can you imagine keeping your whole paycheck!?!?!?! That's worth paying for!!! Support Ron Paul so we can all prosper!!!
That is 2 million.
Which is more likely? 20,000 donating $1,000 each or 200,000 donating $100 each?
Sign up for that one too if you like. It only need 100,000 pledges.
Schools of fish undulate in direction, leaderless, as do flocks of birds and it seems people do similarly with their need to vote for the winner when the absurdity of that is the winner is created by their vote. With people, the dynamic of that is not quite leaderless as powerful interests have learned how to manipulate. Ironically, it is not those few, but we the people have the votes to decide IF that is what we choose to do rather than go with the perceived flow of people voting. Don't wait to see what others will do. Be part of the dynamic. Change what others will do! We just got twenty million dollars of free publicity in the news by contributing more than five million dollars to Ron Paul's campaign this election quarter and we still have the five million dollars! What a deal! You can see how your contribution can do more for the campaign now than later. This "I will contribute if others will" pledge reminds me of throwing a party and inviting people who asked who's coming. I invited a lot and all of them wanted to come to a big party, but no one came because no one wanted to go unless all the others were going. Silly Earthlings! They are like that. Am I the only one that sees this? It is like I woke up in an episode of Twilight Zone! Consider contributing more. Sell things. Become broke. I did by contributing $2,300 and it was more of a sacrifice for me than it would be for most reading this. It really doesn't matter as you will be broke anyway because whatever your issue and whatever your wealth, it all becomes a moot point after what will become known as The Great Collapse to be followed by global governance. help us beat last week in total donations raised by completing this pledge as soon as you can!
2000 x $100 is $200K, not $2M.
anything except Ron and maybe fighting vote fraud to help getting Ron elected. Also please let me know if any other spam is getting linked to the emails I send out. I'm new at this and don't want anything bothering the pledges of this site. Thank you, Steve
In my mind, true supporters and believers of the message do not wait for others to follow suit. This is the same psychology of many who will vote for Giuliani just bec other people think he is electable.
Each person has a voice in their vote. In this case, your voice is your ability to give regardless of what other people will or will not do. This is our sacred duty, nay, privilege. We need to exercise it with our conviction, regardless of other people's action or inaction.

Can you revise the comments section so that the most recent comments appear at the top of the page rather than on the bottom? Just a thought.

They have 4,654 subscribers already. Each subscriber is going to give $100 on November the 5th. If you haven't already given your money here, but you have made the pledge, sign up there as well and give your money on November 5th!
Let's help Ron Paul get the largest amount of money in one day any candidate ever has! Look on youtube for more info on this.

Money sent to Ron Paul is nothing more than a contribution to his personal wealth---you DO know that he gets to keep what he doesn't spend, right? You might as well go ahead and send your hard earned money to me - I have about as much chance of moving into the White House as Mr. Paul, and I could really use the bucks.
There are only about 250,000 Libertarians in all of the U.S.. Check out this Wall Street Journal article from Sept 12 of this year (http://www.opinionjournal.com/federation...):
"More than perhaps any other American political group, libertarians have suffered the blows of caricature. For many people, the term evokes an image of a scraggly misfit living in the woods with his gun collection, a few marijuana plants, some dogeared Ayn Rand titles, and a battered pickup truck plastered with bumper stickers reading "Taxes = Theft" and "FDR Was A Pinko."
The stereotype is not entirely unfair. Even some of those who proudly call themselves libertarians recognize that their philosophy of personal freedom and minimal government can be a powerful magnet for the unhinged. Nor has recent political history done much to rehabilitate libertarianism's image as an outlier.
The Libertarian Party's paltry membership has never reached much beyond the 250,000 mark, and polling numbers for Ron Paul, the libertarian candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, remain pitiable."
If you look at Ron's history of integrity you would see even if he raised a billion dollars that he would do the right thing and use it to promote freedom in this country. If my hero is good enough to be my president then he is good enough to manage a large sum of money for the benefit of freedom.
