More details
We are a few people wanting to help our community to resolve conflicts or legal issues with PeaceMaking Court where both parties agree to a consensus process instead of a judicial setting.
Our group is made-up of a Judge, former Prosecutor, Educator, and a Community Leader.
This is all in the community of Kyle, SD on the Pine Ridge Reservation of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.
