Yes you just need to make an account on the wiki. No it's not like wikipedia because it's data, and data needs more structure than linking words. However, one of the reasons for doing this is to get feedback from everyone on the best approach. You don't need a meter - the drop down allows; "label on product", "manufacturer spec", "other". We'll also be adding a whole bunch of categories within the next few days to cover other types of devices (e.g. laptops). Please keep the feedback coming.
